I wanted to like this book...no, expected to like it. But I was sorely disappointed. It seemed like the author was trying to capture the humor of Elephant and Piggie, but poorly. The story's meaning, while sweet lacked plot and development. If, perhaps the illustrations were colored by watercolor or colored pencil instead of digitally, I may have found it more enchanting.
