The night world is so different than the day world with shadows abound and no colors in the flowers.
This is a beautiful picturebook, quiet in the shadows, rendered in acrylic, pen & ink and colored pencil. It captures those moments before dawn when the world is beginning to wake, and the shadows shift to color.
Just a dynamic book done in silhouettes and just a enough mystery.
