Review: Zeroes

Zeroes Zeroes by Scott Westerfeld
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Six teens discover they have superpowers and they band together to try to figure out how to control it. They do this while getting into as much trouble as possible.

Told from alternating perspectives, this novel explores the strangest superpowers and their development. This was an engaging read and reminded me strongly of the first Westerfeld novels I read--The Midnighters series The Secret Hour. Such an engaging idea, with intriguing characters that have grit and grace, complement one another and left me satisfied. I am looking forward to the next one.
